Shortages:
All shortages must be reported within 10 days of shipping Check number of items delivered against the quantity shown on your invoice (be sure to check the backordered column first if something is missing).
Also, empty the entire package for any product that may be buried in the packing material. If there is a discrepancy, please e-mail us. These procedures are necessary to ensure that you, the customer, are given proper credit, products are not lost, and confusion is avoided.
